Hey Leyn ^_^
Your articles are fun! It keeps me from dozing off at my work place. Geez, I am bored here. Haha. Anyway, I have a problem. Could you please advise me where to buy nice dresses? Not the type of dress na pang party or pang formal, mga casual dress lang.
Thanks!

Dear J,
I assume you work 8 hours a day sitting in front of your PC. I feel you. Wenk. Anyway, your concern actually depends on your budget and clothing preference. For example, if you’re willing to sacrifice the thrill of window shopping, you can refer to my previous post about online purchasing. As you can check, the prices are very affordable and according to my friends, the quality is reasonable naman.
But of course, I have my personal choices…

If you shop in mid-level bargain stores, I preferably recommend Plains & Prints. I was supposed to work there before because I’d love to and I also wear the brand. It’s also fun to explore and check out their famous local artists’ designs like Rajo Laurel and Celine Lopez.

Why wouldn’t I mention, my favorite stores TOPSHOP, Mango and Zara. If you’re eyeing for nice dresses, the price ranges from 2000php to 4000php. The quality and style could tell the difference.
I’ve also discovered one shop that sells pretty tunics. It’s The Ramp, located in Shangrila or any Crossings Department Store.

Peppered Cherry, Serendra
If you’re quite worried that you might see someone wearing the same dress, then I suggest you go to certain stores where they have limited stocks for each design. Try to visit boutiques at Serendra like Backstage, Peppered Cherry and Souk. If you’re a “mall” person, have fun fitting some clothes in Chocolate Clothing Co.
Of course, there are hundreds of shops to choose from. But as what I’ve said, these are just my personal favorites. Before you pay at the counter, make sure that you have strolled almost all boutiques you see. I believe you know how it hurts when you regret buying something in the end.
Thanks for reading! ;P
Love Lots,
Leyn
